01Membership
Membership is open to retired citizens and, in a supporting capacity, to volunteers of any age who accept the association's statutes. Membership is granted by decision of the Executive Board following registration and may be terminated at the member's request at any time in writing.
02Participation in activities
Participation is voluntary and free of charge for members. Places in courses and outings are allocated in order of registration, with priority given to members who have not previously attended that cycle. Members are asked to cancel at least forty-eight hours in advance so that a place can be reassigned.
03Health and safety
Members participating in physical activity confirm that they are medically fit to do so and are asked to inform the session leader of relevant conditions. The association's instructors are qualified, but participation remains at the member's own responsibility and does not constitute medical advice.
04Conduct
All participants are expected to treat one another with courtesy and respect. Discrimination, harassment, political campaigning and commercial solicitation are not permitted at association activities and may result in exclusion by decision of the Executive Board.
05Website use
The content of this website is provided for information only and does not constitute legal, financial or medical advice. Texts and photographs remain the property of the association and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
06Liability
The association maintains ordinary care in organising its activities. It does not accept liability for personal property, for the acts of third-party venue or transport providers, or for consequences arising from a member's failure to disclose a relevant medical condition.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes not resolved amicably fall to the competent court in Rijeka.
